My first post...this is slightly intimidating. I'm now putting myself out there with millions of other bloggers. And then I wonder, will anyone read this? Am I unique enough at all to grab anyone's attention? Do I even have good enough grammar? My brother gets on me for my grammar all the time. And then there is him...a big shot blogger... www.straitpinkie.com but then again I'm pretty sure we will attract completely different readers. Unless there is a sports fanatic cupcake baking crazy out there, come hang out with our family and you will fit right in.
So here is the thing. I just went to school for 4 years to become a nurse. Love being a nurse, do not love my job. So I recently realized I needed something that is going to put an ear to ear smile on my face in between coming home wore out from work and school. What better to make you happy then sweets? Especially miniature cakes make specially for each person.
My goal: make a different cupcake every Sunday (or on different days for special occasions, or in the rare/sad occasion that I work at the hospital on a Sunday...there goes my Sunday Funday).
And that will be my weekly Sunday Cupcake Craze.....Sunday Funday.
